ginger powder 0.2Tbs
anchovy fish sauce 2 Tbs
salted shrimp 2Tbs
plum extract 2 Tbs
Starch syrup 1 Tbs
salt 1tsp+extra

1. cut cabbage and chives as you wish.
2. mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
3. mix 1 and 2 in a big bowl.
4. Taste and add more salt to your taste.
