Struggling for years with postnatal depression, Epstein Barr Virus/glandular fever, adrenal fatigue, anxiety and overwhelm from raising 3 kids and motherhood...
I looked really healthy, I looked after myself and tried lots of other areas with diet and exercise and all these things but there was just something that wasn't right and I thought it was hormonal, I experienced decline and overrun with negative entities..
After having three children, the amount of pressure and stress and all these kind of things..
I've had a breakdown after we had our third child but I always just kind of keep saying if I just got rid of these boring mummy jobs everything would be fine..
That's when my husband got a contract to Singapore and I thought I was going to be this amazing person in Singapore..
We had a helper and we lived in a place that looked like something off the movies and it was amazing..
😔 But I was still deeply unhappy Within Myself and when that contract ended and I came back to Australia again the compound of all the stress built up..
And I really realized what a state I was in, how unwell mentally and physically I actually was...
The medical side of things didn't really offer me any answers. I kept going back to the doctor and they would tell me that I was depressed and I needed to be on medication and I just knew that there was more to the story and for me that just didn't feel like the right fix
So, I started researching natural holistic healing modalities to try to heal myself. It was a real process..

Yesterday I shared a glimpse of a Healing Session that is focused on the Liver.
Today, I just want to talk about liver detoxification pathways...
People can have a lot of stress on their liver detoxification pathways..
And a lot of people love to do detoxes but if the pathways aren't functioning properly, they can do more harm in their body because the toxicity gets immobilized but can't get out of the body...
There are reasons why the liver detoxifications aren't functioning properly and one of the big ones is it's 𝙞𝙣𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨.
It is passed down through genetics.. There's a lot of trauma, programs and things we pick up as a child.
We're meant to release these things that are holding us back from stepping into this kind of highest potential place..
So this is the process that I do for people...

The liver holds so many roles and responsibilities for healing, but it has so many interlinks to transformation and to change..
It is the largest solid organ in the body and it carries out over 500 tasks and plays an essential role in digestion, including detoxification, protein synthesis and the production of chemicals that help digest food.
In Chinese medicine, the liver houses the Hun Qi, which is an aspect of our soul closely linked to the function of the mind.
As the liver is the body's epicentre of metabolism and consequently plays the role in the phase change between anabolism and catabolism. So that's build up and breakdown on the body.
Toxic conditions which impact on the liver specifically will invariably slow changes to patterns of sleep.
There is also increasing evidence that the liver plays a pivotal role in the regulation and balance of the brain's neurotransmitter.
So there's a huge interlink with the brain, especially at night time, and the brain replenishing itself.

- Be aware of your self-talk, mental processes, how much stress you are creating within yourself.
- Set boundaries and Learn to Say No to People and to things that don't serve you.
- Leaving work at work.
- Reduce the noise and Tech Time.
- Spend time in Nature.
- Journaling.
- Krill Oil.
- Do less, rest, sleep, hydrate.
But then again, these are just the things that can help you manage/Support Your Mind..
In order to heal 𝙀𝙥𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙞𝙣 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧 𝙑𝙞𝙧𝙪𝙨 (𝙀𝘽𝙑), you need to heal all neurological structures in the brain, to work at the deepest level, to heal hundreds if not thousands of layers of deep survival stress on all levels and dimensions of your mind, body, and soul.

Healing our mind is the key to healing ourselves... The Brain is the top organization in the body, it is like the master controller. It is responsible for all that happens within our body and it is also responsible for our Autonomic Nervous System..
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗡𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀.
𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙮𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 - this is where we are resting, healing, all functions optimally.
𝙎𝙮𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 - this is the state we are in when we are busy, going about our day, the same state that occurs when our body is in fight or flight response.
In most of the clients I work with, I see they are stuck in this deep state of stress called 𝙎𝙮𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝙉𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 𝘿𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 or the also known as the "𝙁𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚”...
What actually happen is when we are holding so much stress at the level of our mind, it has a flow on effect into our autonomic nervous system, we get locked out of the Parasympathetic state, this is the place we need to be able to access in order to heal and repair..
𝙎𝙤 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙬𝙚 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙘𝙠 𝙞𝙣 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙝 𝙖 𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨?
Today's world creates so much information, pressure, demands and it creates neurological stress..
And through these ongoing stresses, not managing our mind correctly the mind goes into over drive, in its stressed state it pushes the physical body into the same state of dysfunction and disconnection.
And if it's already full of things that are holding you back, they need to be released in order to heal and create transformation.
Healing isn’t just about addressing symptoms like adrenal fatigue or digestive issues. It’s about understanding that the brain regulates all these functions. Supporting our brain health is paramount. We often focus on physical health through exercise, diet, and supplements, but without a healthy brain, these efforts may fall short.
In order to heal 𝙀𝙥𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙞𝙣 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧 𝙑𝙞𝙧𝙪𝙨 (𝙀𝘽𝙑), you need to heal all neurological structures in the brain along with all the bodies glands, organs, and systems from a deep state of compounded stress.

😔 Mostly, it comes from Self-loathing. You are beating yourself up and you are putting more demand on yourself
❤️ Please gravitate towards the more self loving cues and learn to listen to your body..
When it comes to our health, our body knows exactly what it needs.
Our Body is giving us messages all the time, our body is also the gateway and connection to the spiritual.
As you understand your needs and your energetics, it will be more easier to see what is self loving and what is not and actually pick those things for yourself.

👉 Jing Energy is almost like our primal energy reserves it is stored in our body specially our kidneys.... we only have a finite amount... if we are continually drawing down and only utilizing this energy source then our over all health will suffer.
👉 Qi Energy is Life force energy and we can do things to increase our Chi which means we can increase our energy
👉 Shen Energy which is Spiritual Energy
The more we can access and tune into the other energy sources... then the more Energy and Vitality we will have.
