I will also be selling some new and second hand clothes and my kiddos will be selling some old toys to make some pocket money. There is going to be over 50stalls held. So come down to Harmony Cafe and you won’t miss us, great stall holders to browse from and if you need a neck or shoulder, calves or feet or back massage. I’m your gal. Looking forward to it. Hey everyone and a big HELLO/Kia Ora to my new followers, so grateful to have you on board. 🙏
A little update from me. I have had some horsey cuddles lately. They are such adorable animals I love their energy. So calming and soothing. Just like my massages 😉.
We have been hanging around our fire pit, making s’mores for the kids, it’s so peaceful, nothing beats staring into the flames 🔥 of an open fire and surrendering and releasing anything that no longer serves you.

Life has been hectic and pheewww I’m glad we got through the school holidays unscathed, well mostly 🤭 #4 son decided to slip over in the shower and gave himself a nice big shiner to wear over the holidays 😂.

Celebrated my mums birthday with a yummy lunch at
Had a a quick visit from my sister for a weekend, so good having family time.
Massaged some well deserving parents & carers who were in need of some much needed respite at the
Got dolled up and went to the Caloundra Cup Race day.
Caught up with some NZ peeps that my mum has known forever and I hadn’t seen since I was like 12.
Attended Spirit Breathwork Dance party with some of my like minded buddies.
SO, I have just enjoyed 3 days of rest time as I needed to sleep and do nothing. I’m ready to hit Term 3 running so please make sure if you need some TLC to book in advance as I do book out rather early. But of course always send me a text if you can’t see anything online and you’re in desperate need, sometimes I may be able to accomodate.
October and November I will have quite a bit of time off to travel 🥰 so there will be limited appointments around that time too. I can’t believe I’m even mentioning it, but it will be here before we want it to be….arghhhh slow down time please 🙏

Hello beautiful Souls, so after 4 long weeks of not working, I prepare myself to take on my first lot of clients this week. I am both excited and nervous 😬 as I’m worried how strong I am, I feel like I have lost a lot of muscle mass since being unwell 🤒. Put that aside, I am feeling good and I am ready to return back to work, slowly. I have been de-cluttering my space and getting new things in to freshen up my work space. There is limited availability until I build up my muscle strength again. Also I have put a pause on healings and readings until I feel ready to connect back into the Spirit world. A little weekly update from me. I got to go on the Surprise Family long weekend in Coolum I had purchased for my family for Christmas. It was everything I needed, sunshine, ocean air and rest. Nothing beats staring at the Ocean from your Bed. 🥰
Since being home, I have slept every day and done nothing!. A vary rare concept to me 😜.
Recovery from Septic Shock can take weeks. I have been experiencing, severe fatigue, dizziness, brain fog and my skin is shredding from my hands, which makes the new skin super sensitive to touch.
At this stage, I’m easing back into a massage a day, as for readings, I will play that one by how I feel I’m receiving messages, so I will turn off the readings option until possibly March. I would rather a clear communication than a foggy one. I hope you can understand.
As there is some availability starting from Monday 19th February. But please respect, these will be limited for the Month of February. I look forward to seeing you all soon. Thank all so much for my messages of support, they truly help.

Here I am at home in my new PA nighty gifted to me by my beautiful friend .sab. I have a long way to go recovery wise. Sepsis really kicked my butt!. I am still on strong antibiotics and I still have further tests to take. I am taking it day by day. But have had to cancel all clients for the next 2 weeks while I get better. I have been taken care of by my beautiful family, had so many meals cooked for us by my beautiful BFF’s. Had lots of visitors and I am resting, detoxing from all the medicines I have had to endure, which pretty much saved my life. Thank you for your patience as I navigate my recovery. I do look forward to having you back into my space for a massage and healing soon. Thank you all for my well wishes it definitely worked. I shall be in touch 💜🙏🏼💜🙏🏼💜🙏🏼

UPDATE: Hey everyone thank you for your well wishes.
I have just gotten out of ICU and now on the ward. Low blood pressure is stabilised and Fevers have broken.
Waiting on a few lab results to pinpoint exact location of infection, either Bladder or Kidney and sepsis is still being treated. With a broad antibiotic. Cannot fault the Nurses, Drs and staff here. Have already had so many visitors, some I haven’t seen for a while and some are my clients who work here 🥰
I will update you when I’m home and resting 😌 🙏🏼

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to update you on what has been going with me with my 2nd week off work for my holidays. I have found myself in the ICU in SCUH. I came in Sunday night, with extreme fever and chills, and very very bad internal infections and sepsis. Not the best start to the week where I wanted to be home to send my kids back to school and our 11 year olds 1st year of high school. It’s been an emotional few days. As I’m not sure how long I will be in here for, I am going to reschedule most of my clients that have booked in for the next 2 weeks as I am booked out and it’s not going to help my recovery. So if I reach out privately, I apologise so much, as you know I absolutely HATE not being able to see you. But this is still serious so I have to put my health first, so I can get back to helping you. I wanted keep all my updates as “Crystal Clear” as possible. Hence my business name. There will never be any bu****it from me, only Clear Crystal Truth. I thank you all for understanding and your patience whilst I slow down and heal myself. We had a fab time celebrating my beautiful sisters wedding to her new husband.
It was so lovely to spend time with all my family and extended family. We Caught up with so many people it was awesome 🤩.
I am back working, but already booked out this week.
And it’s only going to get busier my friends. So best to book yourself in as soon as you can to avoid missing out 🙏🏼.
