With so much external stimulation, so many distractions, and excessive non-sense consuming the mind (from one thing or another), Yin is the medicine we need to hold the space, whilst we unravel the continuous stories.

and I, invite you to join us on a deeply replenishing, 90 minute journey, of Restorative Yoga, Reiki & Sound.

This infusion of modalities, along with the healing energy of hands on massage, is the ultimate nervous system reset.

During the expansive growth spurt of early spring, we can quickly suffer from burnout or exhaustion. This practice will assist in releasing stress, creating a deeper state of tranquility throughout your nervous system, your mind, body and spirit.

There will be a bowl of dahl, chai and cake, cards and connection, after the practice.

I love the Spring! With its arrival comes the promise of new beginnings, a rebirth, an awakening, or the creation of a new way.

It’s about planting seeds of intention, of growing and expanding. It’s about shedding that heavy winter coat and picking up something lighter, something that is fun. It’s embracing new plans, new ideas, new ways of moving in the world, and new ways of ‘being’ within yourself. It is such a glorious time of renewal and rejuvenation.

It’s a time to welcome in the light after the darker winter months, an invitation, to not only spring clean your home, but to spring clean your mind, body and spirit. Removing old, negative energies in preparation for the abundant growth ahead. It is time to welcome life, in all its forms, allowing the emphasis to move from inner reflection and renewal, to outward expansion and growth.

Spring is the season of the wood element, and we will be nourishing the meridians of the Liver and Gall Bladder, embracing the archetype of the Pioneer.

Together, let’s explore the inspiration that Spring offers as we settle into longer daylight hours, leaning into the growth and expansion which naturally follow.

We will connect, meditate, move ... and find stillness, too. Before we settle into a nourishing yoga practice, you will be greeted with tea and bliss balls. A delicious ‘sit-down’ lunch will follow, and home made chai and cake will complete your morning of deep soul replenishment.

My morning walk … when you open up your peripheral vision and look beyond the habitual path, it’s amazing what you see 👁️

Today I noticed this beautiful all seeing eye in the branch of this beachside tree … taking in all the busy-ness of human life as we run, walk, cycle, or just connect along the path.

Oozing epiphanies. Be still. Look. Listen. Act.

The next Yin Full Moon Immersion is coming up on Thursday 19th September, from 6 to 8pm.
