A fantastic day today at the BJMA Muay Thai Development Day held at Shuryu Academy 4 Martial Arts Sunshine Coast.

A full day of learning and working with like minded people, going a distance, improving and broadening their skill sets.

Another successful day of sharing knowledge and coming together at the BJMA East Coast Zen Do Kai Development Day.

It was 6 hours of learning new techniques, getting some more direction from their grade coordinators, and gathering insight from our higher ranks and club instructors.
