After Blackall 100 in October 2023, I heard about (Photo) I wanted to join a running group but I thought I needed to be faster / running longer distances. I could have listened to those thoughts, instead I turned up, and I have never regretted it once. I met a group of awesome women who all love being active on the trails while appreciating nature. 🌳

You all know running is my thing and today I got to celebrate global running day with a steady flat run along the best coastal pathways in Australia (I may be slightly biased) 😉
Running helps my mind clear and allows me time to get creative within my business plus it’s also a great way to connect with friends and family.
