I am always banging on about people getting out of their comfort zone so here I go…

My name is Toni, and I am a certified Holistic health and wellness coach, and I am passionate about helping people discover a new level of health and happiness.✨
I am a qualified Personal trainer and Integrative nutritionist with over 13 years experience guiding people to make sustainable health promoting changes to diet and lifestyle. ✨

I have a range of packages for my Echuca community that I would be honoured to offer. ✨🌱

I have specialised personal training sessions that accomodate all ages and fitness levels. My no nonsense sessions may include boxing fitness, body weight training, or whatever I think would most benefit my clients. ✨
Sessions are flexible. You come to me. I can come to you. Outdoors. Indoors. Bring the kids.
PT sessions are 45mins and $50 per session. Find a friend and share the cost. ✨
I would also love to offer a free 30 minute coaching consultation to explore if a coaching package would benefit your health and well-being. This consultation will help you get crystal clear on you health and wellness needs.
Consultations involve a free 30min face to face or telephone consult with limited spots available. ✨

I have a no bs approach with transparent pricing, no extreme diets or excessive exercise programs. My programs promote a practice of self care and long lasting positive change.

It has been a while...I’ve missed you 😍
I’ve been/still on an adventure💫....an adventure of self discovery. Taking some time and space to nurture and nourish my soul after a couple of challenging years. 🍃
Whilst on my travels... I have continued to add to my studies and personal growth so that my human experience is that of less self inflicted suffering and that of more creativity, clarity, compassion and inner peace.
I stepped out whilst stepping into my authentic self.
I rediscovered my mo*********ng magick! ✨
I discovered that I am the architect of my own happiness. 🍃
And now I’m back!!! With no plan and no map. 🙌🏻 Different but the same. 🌈
Back to share my thoughts, my learnings and my love with whom ever wants/needs to ride shotgun.
