⚛️ I often have people ask me whether I have Reiki Healings done on me…and the answer is YES 🙌

Whilst I perform self-reiki on myself every single day, I ensure I have an in person Reiki Healing each year, and Distance Reiki Healings in between (perhaps quarterly)

The self-reiki keeps me ticking along day to day, bringing my body back to complete rest, calmness and awareness.

Generally I like to have an in person healing at the beginning of each year.
In January this year I had a Reiki Healing in Adelaide, and in February last year I had one in Byron Bay 👌

I am always intrigued to hear what other practitioners have to say when they perform a clearing for me 🙏💜

At the end of the day, we are all human, and need some support in helping us go about our days and weeks with more calmness, clarity and awareness.
