My results were: 🏆
1st place Master Salon Freestyle
Best in group Salon Freestyle
2nd place Master Terrier
2nd Place Master Poodle

Competitions like this are crucial for growth and development. They challenge me to enhance my skills, stay on top of the latest grooming trends so I can continue to deliver the best quality service I can.

On Tuesday I had the most amazing time at the Sydney Royal Easter Show attending the Amayzing Grooming comp.

Morning Class I placed 5th in Hand Stripping Level A with handsome mini Schnauzer Karlo (Aus Ch ebshine Kiss Me Karlo). Thank you so much to his owner Bonita for letting me borrow him again.

The afternoon was Poodle Class A.
I am so proud of myself for taking on the huge challenge of grooming a standard poodle. I was not sure I was ever going to finish but not only did I finish and jdo a groom I am so proud that we placed 5th in a massive line up of 13! Massive thank you to Susie Gale of Sirokko Poodles for trusting me with your gorgeous boy August (Aus Ch Sirokko Clear For Takeoff).

Such an honour to be judged by international terrier expert Chiara Piccionetti, Thank you for my placements.

The competition takes place at the Sydney Easter Show in Olympic park at the dog pavilion if anyone is interested in coming to watch.

At The Pup Spa we always start dogs with a puppy tidy for their first grooming experience and recommend booking them as soon as they are vaccinated.

A Puppy intro tidy includes a Bath, Blow dry, brush out, nail clip, ear clean and tidying of the eyes, feet and hygiene areas as well as lots of treats, cuddles and play time. This helps the pups become accustomed to the sounds and sensations of grooming and sets them up for a positive association with being at the salon.
