Haven’t posted socks for a while, so a couple of weeks before summer I’ve decided that it was time 🤣.

I’ve knitted this set (infinity scarf + beanie) as a gift. It is delicate, soft and totally seamless. Can be worn in a modern manner (beanie & scarf) or styled traditionally in a very feminine way (as a headscarf). I think it looks amazing either ways. What do you think?

Usually it feels strange to create warm knitwear in October in Australia, yet the weather has been incredibly weird this year (cold 🥶, wet 🌧, etc.), so working with wool still feels incredibly natural. Playing with different soft fibres keeps my hand warm and my mind rested and clear. Hopefully, we will finally get sunny warm days very soon. However, for the moment, I am happy with what is: gloomy days, crying skies, and my favourite hobby 🧶. Taking as it comes. Hope everyone is going ok 🙏💙.

Обычно шапки весной я не вяжу, но этот год настолько странный (самый мокрый 🌧 год за всю историю Австралии), что у нас до сих пор довольно таки холодно в октябре. Спим под шерстяными одеялами, закутываемся в шарфы, вяжем шапки. Аномалии по всем направлениям. Но что есть, то есть. Всегда может быть хуже 😉🤣. С таким позитивом, продолжаю успокаивать нервы стуком спиц. Всем добра и душевного спокойствия 🙏.
