Dean had quite a few operations on his leg when he was younger and as a result lacks a lot of muscle and strength in his right leg. We have been working on squating with balance and depth by using the safety bars with his squats. We also work a lot of unilateral movements to try and bring the muscle and strength up in his right leg.
