Biscoff Burial Cheesecake❗️Watch the video to get a behind the scenes point of view and see how it’s made 😊
INGREDIENTS/METHOD;
For the base:
150 grams melted butter
2 cups of Biscoff crushed biscuits
For the filling:
500g cream cheese
2 heaped tablespoons of icing sugar
300 ml thickened cream
Half a jar of melted Biscoff
3 tablespoons of boiling water, add 3 teaspoons of powdered gelatine and mix well
Allow to set in the fridge for 6+ hours
For the decoration:
Use remaining jar of melted Biscoff and pour over the cake while it’s still in the tin (put back in fridge for 10 minutes)
300 ml thickened cream (whipped)
Crushed Biscoff biscuits
Melted Biscoff for drizzle around the side
