Thanks for the good time ❤️ It’s goodbye from us, but not Cookies Ice Creamery.
Opening an ice cream shop between lockdowns was not how we imagined our new business would start out in Penrith, but we had an absolute blast doing it. We loved meeting the community, creating such an amazing place to share moments, but most importantly providing employment for over 15 locals (some their first jobs).
Unexpectedly our day jobs got busier after lockdown and our family grew! Our lives were just too busy with our beautiful two-year-old Harper and our amazing son Logan.
But while it’s “see you around” from us as we are Penrith locals, Cookies Ice Creamery will live with some amazing new owners with a fantastic new family ready to keep scooping out the best customer service and Desserts around. We will miss the birthday parties, the after-school hang outs, the date nights and getting to watch our customers celebrate milestones with loved ones.

Working closely with our friends at the western weekender, we now have announced the new owners "The Gingers" will be taking over 1st March. You'll see both the old and new owners in the shop over the next few weeks as the transition and learnings begin.

G'Day Mates! Crikey!!! Only 5 Weeks to go..
Because we have limited days, we've decided to OPEN tomorrow for Australia Day... same time 3pm - 10pm.
Weather mans says Its gunna be a Corker... SO, come in to our shop, which is always cold, have an ice cream, iced Coffee or yummy smoothies and beat the heat. Plenty of parking around.
