Today we head to with the ever consistent mare, Media Frenzy. This prep she’s stepped up to provincial level and has put in 3 very solid performances.

Agirlsbestfriend, aka Diamond 💎, once again was a victim of bad luck, but was still able to pick up the silver medal 🥈.

Halfway up the straight she went for the gap, but it closed. .jones had to stop riding, start again and she came flying home with a wet sail, only to be denied by half-a-length. As they say, “that’s racing”…we’re all very proud of her, .jones and for always putting in 110%💪

Hellbent On You is in the first, with and teaming up. This combo proved to be lethal last prep, so let’s hope today can be a repeat of it. The 1200 might be a little bit short, but gee she’ll be hitting the line hard!

Agirlsbestfriend is in the second, with .jones and combining. If there was ever a horse in work that deserves to win a Highway, it’s this girl. She’s had 2 starts at Rosehill over the 1400, for a 2nd & 3rd, so she’s definitely due to add the 🥇to her resume!

Wyong Race Club filly Winning Proposal is back on deck and ready for another shot at a Sydney feature.

TrainerKristen Buchanan KB Racing was forced to withdraw her talented three-year-old from the Listed The Rosebud (1100m) at Rosehill Gardens on August 17 because of a temperature.

She was the only filly who accepted for the race and one of two horses on the limit (53kg), with Rosehill c**t Gatsby’s (56.5kg) scoring first-up.

Perfectly presented by and superbly ridden by .jones , the daughter of American Pharoah grew wings over the last 100 to win by a short half head.

Montana Dawn ran really well first up, hitting the line nicely at Canterbury. She is in race 4 at 2.25pm.
