Recently we celebrated 100 years of service with Qantas. The spectacular event brought together more than 1000 guests from around the world at a legendary Qantas hangar, framed by an A380.
The evening began with a Welcome to Country ceremony and intimate performance by Bangarra Dance Company. In attendance were Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, CEO of Qantas Alan Joyce and chef Neil Perry, who crafted the evening’s menu with our support. This event was not just a celebration of Qantas' 100 years of service, but a testament to the airline's commitment to excellence and its role in shaping Australia's aviation industry.

Locally sourced free-range duck from Tathra. These birds roam free eating grasses, bugs, worms and anything else they can find. They drink from the Wombeyan Caves aquifer giving them pure drinking and bathing water, great for beak health which is imperative for the health of a water fowl. 🦆
