Lorraine's Bistro is a tasty bite of France inside a historic Waverly pub Expect French classics made with Aussie produce at this charming bistro in a historic pub.

Next Wednesday is National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day and to celebrate Chef Clement Marchais has created Australia’s bougiest French-inspired Cheese Toastie ✨

Enjoy layers of melted Comte and Gruyere cheeses, creme fraiche, zucchini pickles and premium avruga caviar all encased in crisp brioche bread. The decadent dish elevates the humble toastie to mouth-watering levels and is beautifully complemented by a glass of Mumm bubbles.

This delicious pairing will be available from April 12th for one month.
