Dinner tonight
And it’s 10 minutes to the table, not to mention yum!

1 pk farmgatetoplate chicken satay cashew nut sausages
1 red onion
5 green chilli’s if you like it hot
1 bunch shallots
1 pk oyster mushies, or other
10cm ginger, it’s the season
1 bunch corriander

Start with oil of your choice

De case the sausages and fry off like mince

Add your onion and aromatics

Finish with the green veg and
Serve atop some steamed rice with fried shallots

If you want some richness add some home made satay sauce it’s easy!

Dinner is going to be great tonight!
