As you might have seen yesterday, there has been a global outage on some Microsoft systems. Our Palace systems have unfortunately been impacted along with many industries. This means TICKET SALES cannot be made on the website or through our POS system on site. Currently, CASH SALES ARE THE ONLY METHOD of purchasing a ticket.

Our IT team are working hard on a work around until Microsoft fixes the issue and our site team are ensuring all patrons have as seamless an experience as possible.

📣📣 Due to technical problems the Sunday session of the film THE DOG WHO TRAVELLED BY TRAIN will have to be rescheduled. Once the issue is resolved by the film distributor we will look into screening the film on a new date. We apologise for the inconvenience. A ticket refund or swap for another film will be provided to all who already purchased their tickets.

Screening this Saturday is the recent winner of the Golden Lions for Best Film SCARBORN (KOS). Infused with dark comedy and loosely drawing inspiration from historical events, it is set in 1794 and follows the story of General Tadeusz "Kos" Kościuszko’s return home following his celebrated role in the American Revolution and his plans of igniting an uprising against the Russians.
