Can’t believe I’m actually posting this, after 3 years of going from tent, to truck, to pop up shop to full blown big ass shop the time is finally here.
We’re opening a at Ed Square Town Center in Edmondson Park.
We’re bringing a whole new menu, new subs, new sandwiches, new desserts (don’t worry the classics are staying)
First day of trade: Thursday Nov. 9th
Grand opening: Saturday Nov. 11th.

Meet Pat!
When we first started our business (about 3 years ago) we had a little fold out trestle table and a bum bag for a cash drawer. About a week into zipping and unzipping the bum bag until I had RSI a mutual friend pointed out a handy little POS system you could get from office works that seemingly solved a-lot out our issues.
Truth be told, it worked an absolute treat. For $50 we had ourselves a POS that did it all but a growing business has growing needs.
That’s when I made my first call to Pat from We had a chat on the phone about what our business needed on the next step of its journey but also where it was going. He was helpful and informative but mostly he was genuinely interested in what we did.
Last week I finally got to meet Pat face-to-face. Fair to say we use Square to process our transaction because 1. They’re the GOATs but also because they employee people like Pat who actually care about the businesses they’re working with.
