Introducing this weeks pasta lunch special 💕 Our very own ‘Frutti De Mare’ creation! Delicious calamari and scallops pan fried to perfection with spicy tomato and chilli jam served with squid ink pasta.

We have paired this pasta with a glass of 2019 Filo Grigio, Pinot Grigio from Sicilia, Italy. A softer drop compared to the veneto style Pinot Grigios and goes remarkably well with our delicious seafood pasta.

Gearing up for a spectacular Father’s Day celebration this Sunday at Sofia ❤️

This weekend we welcome a beautiful Casarecce pasta with sautéed king prawns to our lunch menu! Served in a garlic San Marzano tomato sauce and finished with fresh herbs and a 36-month-old Reggiano. We have paired this dish with a smooth and refreshing Pinot Grigio from the Sunny Island of Sicily; Sensi Filo Grigio.
