Wine, dine and relax with friends in European inspired surrounds that are layered with earthy hues while open-fire grills and warm hospitality greets you. Our expansive indoor and outdoor space features a brasserie, private dining room and wine cellars, alongside a casual bar area with its own kitchen and separate menu.
At Ruse, our cooking philosophy is inspired by charcoal and fire and the depth of flavour it offers by using quality and locally sourced produce.
Our bar dining space features a modern, casual setting where you can enjoy signature favourites such as juicy minute steak with all the trimmings – or for a classic done the Ruse way, sink into our tomato-glazed cheeseburger and a side of fries.
Make your way over to our Brasserie and unwind with a spritz in hand while fresh seafood like Trevally with burnt mandarin dressing and creme fraiche awaits.
