Spectacular sunset dinner Ripples Chowder Bay] last night matched by these two sensational iconic 🍷Australian Shiraz’s.
04 Command is hard to beat, drinking perfectly right now with velvety smoothness.
St Henri needs little introduction and held its own with its trademark powerful fruits providing a great contrast as we enjoyed these side by side.
I can’t recommend Ripples Chowder Bay] highly enough for a dining venue where BYO is welcomed and encouraged 🤩

This was a real treat tonight courtesy of a catch up with a good mate Pete Seldon. So much flavour, such a soft impact on the palette. An amazing Grand Cru experience 🍷

Luck enough to enjoy some amazing Perrier Jouet Belle Époque Champagne followed by Penfolds Reserve 16a Chardonnay.
We then dived into some reds. The Penolds Bin 407, 128 and Cellar Reserve Pinot all incredibly rewarding after an average 20+ years in the Cellar 🍷
