🍓Once spring arrived, we wanted to capture the season’s vibrance in a dessert. We dreamed of something that combined refreshing flavours with a touch of sophistication, a treat that would taste like sunshine. That’s how our Strawberry Mojito Tart was born.

Strawberry Mojito Tart: Filled with strawberry confit and strawberry mojito ganache (a playful twist inspired by the classic cocktail, blending strawberries, mint, and a hint of lime for that irresistible mojito flavour), finished with mint infused chantilly cream and fresh strawberries — The perfect spring treat 🍹

Pistachio Knafeh & Abbriba Milk Chocolate Swirl
Featuring Abbriba milk chocolate pastissiere cream, rich and nutty pistachio cream mixed with toasted knafeh. Topped with a dark chocolate drip, white and pistachio chocolate, pistachio mascarpone cream and toasted Knafeh.

🫐 Love working with seasonal fruits in Spring and our swirl this month does exactly that. Blueberry, Blackcurrant and Lime Cheesecake Swirl: Filled with infused lime leaf cream cheese and house-made blueberry and blackcurrant jam. Topped with a white chocolate drip, mascarpone cream, fresh blueberries, lime leaf and butter crumble.

☀️ Our September Swirl — Kalamansi Meringue Swirl: Filled with kalamansi custard, honey dilpomat cream and olive oil gel. Finished with torched meringue, lemon zest and mint.

Kalamansi cumquat is a citrus fruit native to the Phillipines. It tastes like a mandarin orange but it sour as much as it is sweet, an orange like aroma with a hint of lime.
