The free wig seminar will be held on Wednesday, March 6th at 10am.

Noriko's Hair Salon hosts a one-hour free wig seminar every first Wednesday of the month starting at 10 a.m. We will explain the differences between handmade and machine-made wigs, as well as natural hair and synthetic hair wigs. Additionally, we will provide guidance on wig maintenance, how to wear a wig, and answer questions from those experiencing hair loss or undergoing treatment. Reservation is required, and we can accommodate up to 5 participants. Please apply via email at [email protected]. Please note that there will be no individual fitting sessions on the day of the seminar, so if you wish to try on wigs, please make a separate appointment. Kyoko will be working until Monday, December 18th, which will be her last working day for this year. She will resume work on January 18th.

Noriko, on the other hand, will be available until Thursday, December 21st, after which she will be on holiday until January 11th.

Due to the high demand during December, we regret to inform you that we will not be accepting Japanese straight perm appointments during this month.

I went to buy a school uniform with my daughter yesterday. When we arrived at school my daughter asked me to where is your wig? Can you wear it? My son obviously didn't like my shaved head, but I was surprised because I thought my daughter didn't mind. Really. . . I love my shaved head, but I've learned that my kids find it strange that their mother is a little different from everyone else. Wig is important.
I hope one day my kids will be proud of my challenge.

My friend got cancer, and I decided to shave my head and start living in a wig with her.
When I was looking for a wig for my friend, I thought there were no stores in Australia that carry medical wigs for Asians, so why not order a medical wig from Japan and do it? !
I want to try my best to experience it myself and study what a wig is, so that someday, people who are really in trouble will say they were really glad that you were there.

As you may have heard, from 1st January 2021 the NSW Government has made it mandatory for all Hairdressers in NSW to use the Service NSW Mobile App to register all customers entering the salon. This app is not the Australia Government app but the service NSW App available from App Store.

You must have downloaded the Service NSW Mobile App and registered with email, password and pin code before coming to the shop.

When you check in you must scan Noriko Hair Salon QR code which will be on the front desk. Noriko or one of her staff will verify your identity.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the mandatory check in procedure.

We appreciate your co-operation with this new compulsory registration process and will assist you with any questions you may have.

Workshop: Haircare for Kids (5 – 12 years old)
Date: 10th Oct. 2019 / 2pm – 3pm
Location: Noriko’s Hair Salon

Noriko’s Hair Salon would like to invite our customers to join a small workshop on 10th October (Thursday) which our professional hair stylists will explain and demonstrate how to take care of kids’ hair.

In the workshop, we’ll present:
• How to select the appropriate haircare products suiting your kids
• How to eliminate and deal with lice
• Kids hair arrangement

We welcome all the customers to attend this workshop. Please make the registration for the workshop by email to [email protected], providing with the number of the participants, and then the confirmed participants will receive the email by 26th September. Due to the limit space, we could only invite a few families to attend the workshop. However, we always encourage and welcome you to participate our workshop in the future.
