As promised...meet our Smashed on the Glen.
Basically a 'refresher', this drink derives from the Smash and Julep family of cocktails. Once even considered medicinal back in the early 1800s, this is not a slow sipper but should be enjoyed quickly. Our version has a single malt scotch base with the complexity being brightened by the mint, citrus and orgeat. Perfect after a hard day's work or a hike in the mountains.
Ingredients: Glenlivet, lemon juice, orgeat, mint leaves & soda.
