Hey everyone, we are excited to announce that Sofie's is re-opening tonight 3rd June. We will be open as per the original trading hours Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm. Sunday lunch (bookings for lunch essential). We have missed you and look forward to feeding you soon. Hope that this challenging time has been kind to you. Stay well, eat well, exercise and let's shed the odd kilo gained during the COVID-19 hibernation period. Cheers Sofie & Peter

The very first dish I ever made at 12 years of age was this divinely delicious "Pastitsio". It's one of the few Greek dishes my mum couldn't cook as they didn't do so in her part of Greece. Pastitsio is penne pasta, with deliciously spiced beef mince topped with béchamel sauce grated cheese & baked. These babies a fresh out of the oven tonight's indulgence.
