Live Entertainments, Rides and Food Stalls.

All proceeds will be donated to LCIF ( Lions International Foundation ) and ALF ( Australian Lions Foundation ).

On Saturday night our beloved Dennis Ashford passed away peacefully surrounded by family.

Dennis was one of the founding directors of Elders Kings Langley and installed the foundation of honesty, ethics and integrity into the business.

Dennis achieved an amazing 30+yr career in Real Estate in Kings Langley. An achievement that is rarely heard of. His love for people and the community will always be remembered.

Den, we love you. You will be missed. Rest in peace mate.

"We've had two transactions during 2021 with this firm of savvy young women. From the first phone call, the sale of our Blacktown home all went smoothly, we knew we were in professional hands and enjoyed excellent communication throughout the process. The second transaction, a property purchase on the Central Coast NSW (during a hot market where gazumping was rife), there was little time to ponder as we were keen not to miss out. Had it not been for the trained eyes of these bright conveyancers (all were good but Bianca was absolutely excellent), we'd not have been any the wiser there was an abnormality revealed by close examination of the property search details that she not only picked up but advised and built us a protection clause for insertion to secure us against. Had Bianca (conveyancer) not had gone over the details of recent renovations so thoroughly she could have missed this, we'd have been oblivious to the fact that there was no final occupation certificate for these works. Future ramifications of this could have cost us dearly. As it was, we were advised that a clause could and should be inserted into the contract that would assist us to a satisfactory outcome should this not be able to be rectified prior to settlement by the vendors who professed to have this document somewhere. We still wanted the property, however as the council would have an 'open file' going forward, we were now afforded the ability to negotiate the price down to compensate us against future property sale value loss or other eventualities when the vendors were indeed (despite assurances otherwise) unable to offer the final occ. Over the years, we've worked with many solicitors some have even told us how good they were but we found on more than a few occasions that they didn't live up to their claims and indeed one or two cost us money. The costs of the service of this firm were very reasonable and transparent from the outset, their work we've found to be above reproach. I would not think to use another firm (their license covers NSW), we were so satisfied with their services. All Impact Conveyancing staff were good to deal with and the conveyancing team clearly know their property law & contracts, they proved to us their value to have on side. We'd highly recommend this firm to anyone else looking for sharp minded people to deal with in what otherwise could be a harrowing experience with a bad outcome".
