Regardless,or depending on your goal, protein macro plays an important part. For example if one is trying to build muscle they require the protein macro to continuously be replenished for the muscle bed to grow alongside the right amino acids. If ones trying to cut weight it’s important to maintain protein in their diet so when they’re losing weight they can lose from fat mass and not muscle mass. Decide on what you want to achieve and insure you feed your body accordingly.
