Protein!
Regardless,or depending on your goal, protein macro plays an important part. For example if one is trying to build muscle they require the protein macro to continuously be replenished for the muscle bed to grow alongside the right amino acids. If ones trying to cut weight it’s important to maintain protein in their diet so when they’re losing weight they can lose from fat mass and not muscle mass. Decide on what you want to achieve and insure you feed your body accordingly.

People have this belief that carbs are bad, they are not! They serve a purpose. They are our bodies default fuel source and if you wish to preform then have carbs! Unless your intentionally trying to be in ketosis and want wants to be your fuel source…. (Another days discussion!)
