A message from our Managing Director, Australia:

​Dear customers,
​
​We dropped the ball and we’re sorry.

As you may be aware, we began our transition to a new carbon-neutral warehouse in August. Things didn’t go as planned – and we are truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration caused. It pains us to be providing a poor customer experience.

We’re working tirelessly to resolve these issues, but we’re not quite there yet. We are still facing labour shortages which are continuing to impact our service. What that means for now is: on average, orders may take in excess of 30 business days, on top of our regular delivery schedule. As such, we cannot confidently guarantee that recent and immediate orders will arrive before Christmas – but we are doing everything possible to avoid this.

Getting orders out to our customers remains our absolute top priority.

Thank you for your continued support. We will not stop striving to get back to our regular delivery schedule as soon as possible.
