Be the voice to spread kindness for women within your friendship groups and work colleagues. Stand up and say it’s not ok to treat women with less than what you expect to be treated! Continue to lead by example for our younger generation - we are all worthy of equal rights, love and safety 🙌🏼

Set backs are inevitable right? The aim is to persevere and Keep Moving Forward 🙌🏼

Although you may not be content with your current situation, remember that only you have the power to change it. While we can’t control everything (this I know for sure), making small adjustments can help us feel better about ourselves and our surroundings.

When my clients feel stuck, I always encourage them to reinvent themselves until they discover their passion 💟 Don’t lose hope, keep pushing forward “I say” Try something new, whether it’s a different hairstyle, experimenting with clothing, exploring various colours or fashion styles. Dive into a new hobby or career path. Just keep moving forward until you find that exciting change that lights up your soul.

Friends I am personally wrapping my arms around this advice today, and I wish the same for you 🫶🏼

I help you shop your very own wardrobe, show you how to mix and match many different outfits so that you feel like you are wearing something different everyday. You can sell what we’ve put aside, pass on to a friend or donate to a local charity and get back to wearing outfits that serve your life, body and personality in 2024.

How does this help you? A- it helps make getting dressed easy. B - you regain confidence with your outfit choices, and C - you save time and hard earned 💰 dollars, with shopping purchases normally made on a whim, you’ll never wear.

Coats 🧥 the perfect luxe layer when you don’t feel like a blazer - a great travel accessory ✈️ - that elevated layer for when your outfit needs “extra” personality ☺️ - and that one chic winter piece that keeps you snug as a bug while looking good 🧥

Now, despite recently hearing another stylist interstate telling her 250k audience ‘not’ to wear a coat that ties, because it’s like wearing a dressing gown 😮 respectfully, I’d like to go right ahead and say to you, if the length of your coat is in proportion with your body and height - as in ‘not’ drowning your torso aka more coat that you, enjoy your tie coat and any style you have or would like to purchase! Social media is for inspiration and guidance, please don’t listen to advice telling you otherwise 😉

While on the coat topic, here are a few of my favourites, varying in style and length that I enjoy on rotation from season to season. I am 165cm tall so more towards the average height. You will notice I am tying to the side to keep the eye drawn around my waistline and not the tummy where the “bulky” (don’t want to call it nightgown look) tends to happen ✔️ Ok then problem solved, yes! 😉
