We would like to inform you that we will have our holiday breaks on the 21st of December 2023 to the 6th of Jan 2024.

The final cut-off date for the courier order is Saturday the 16th of December 2023. All orders placed after Saturday December 16th will not dispatch until Monday the 8th of January 2024.

Due to the courier deliveries continually delayed we have experienced in recent weeks, we strongly recommend you to order as early as you can before the cut-off date.

Our final delivery dispatch for the 2022 year will be this coming Monday 19th December. If you wish to have an order dispatched to you on this day please make sure you place it by the end of Sunday 18th December. Please note that as orders are delivered by Australia Post the delivery timeframes are out of our control and we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. We ALWAYS send express post but still have no control over the system

Our bakery will close on 22 December to give our staff a much need rest, and we will reopen to serve you all fresh and excited on 4th January at normal hours

Comfy at home, feeling like I’m being spoiled with a cafe brunch 💪🏼

What bread would you use to create this deliciously simple meal? Drizzled with olive oil and lightly grilled, we then topped our bread with slices of avocado, a big handful of fresh rocket leaves tossed with balsamic, olive oil, salt flakes and chilli flakes, and loaded up with vegan Persian feta chunks to finish off. Our Salt Free Wholemeal was great for this as it has a beautiful crunch without adding too much extra flavour and let’s the veggies shine. But.. what bread would you use to recreate this?

Meal prepping for the weeks lunches with some zucchini marinated in coconut aminos and pan fried (oil free!) with sesame seeds. Layered on our Buckwheat Loaf with fresh tomato slices and basil from the garden.. Delicious food does not need to be complicated!
