"Holidays usually brings out the worst in me - eating whatever and whenever, having soft drink because it’s easy when going out to cafes/restaurants, it’s too hard to do work outs with all the kids around, and going to bed late which makes me tired the next day which then means I reach for more soft drink.

Not this time! I have a changed mindset!

This week I have:
✅ stuck to my meal plan (check out the meals I have been eating over on the platinum group)
✅ quit soft drink (again)
✅ 4 workouts at the gym
✅ made sure I got enough sleep and at a decent time
Next week I am working on trying to increase my water intake - small steps"
