A huge thank you to all the Studios, Teachers, Dancers & their families who travelled with Dance Around The World on Tour in March/April. We all had an amazing time with everyone. How wonderful to share all these experiences with you! So proud of every dancer on the stage and in the workshops - you gave it your all!

After 18 months of preparation, 40 of our wonderful families embarked on an adventure to the USA where 50 of our dancers danced their way through the Main Street of Disneyland in the first ever 'Celebrate Dance Australia' parade, and to top it all off, Centre Stage led the parade!

What an amazing experience for our dancers and their families. In addition to this event, our dancers took part in workshops at the Disneyland Imagination Campus and the world-renowned Millennium Dance Complex. They also performed on the Hollywood Backlot stage at California Adventure and the CityWalk Universal Studios! WOW, WOW, WOW!

Our students and faculty received constant feedback on the professionalism of our shows and, most importantly, our students not only on stage but also backstage. They were a true reflection of our values here at Centre Stage as they showed kindness, respect, and amazing sportsmanship not only to our own dancers but also to those of other schools. I couldn’t be prouder of our students. And to see our students mature as they worked their way through preparing for shows, traveling as a team, right from our youngest 7-year-olds helping each other out, to our advanced members all creating team moments together.

This is our 4th trip for Centre Stage, and every time I am left with joy and just an absolute feeling of pride in our students and their growth. We take with us the most amazing memories and friendships.

A massive thank you to our families for sharing this adventure with us, our Fundraising Team, Tanaye Shaw, Kristen Shaw and Dino Durkalic for choreographing our show, and Dance Around the World, Ros, and your amazing team who do an incredible job of looking after our families. We will miss our guides, Georgie, Nicole, and Heather. Thank you for the laughs and the amazing energy you brought to our team for 7 days.
