Reversed Seared T-bone Steak 🥩
Method below👇🏾
Alow the meat to come to room temperature before applying a binder such as olive oil.
This allowed our steak shooter rub from to stick to the meat.
We set out pellet smoker to
250F° and smoked until our internal temp reached 115F°
Once reached our desired internal temp, we pulled our T-Bones off and allowed to rest before switching the smoker to the sear setting.
Once rested we then seared each side for 60 seconds.

Walker Meats FIRST birthday celebration,
We headed down to our favourite, family run butcher to help celebrate them turning one.
These amazing people supply all of our mouth watering meat!
What a great day with amazing goodies up for grabs and even better special prices!!
There was face painting for the kids, free sausage sizzle and delicious baked goods, the local fire brigade was there as well.
