NexGen Construction
NexGen is building the Next Generation of Construction. Powered by Urban Core...
With International Women's Day fast approaching, there's no better time to help spread the message of this NSW Government Women in Construction campaign. We wholeheartedly agree:
Here's to all of the hard-working women creating change in the construction industry.
Congrats to the latest intake of students counting down to start a construction-related course in 2024 🥳
You are part of the driving change that encourages more incredible women to join this industry!
Don't believe us? See below.
There has been an overall upward trend of female enrolment in UTS' Bachelor of Construction Project Management over the last 5 years.
But we'd love to see even more! We're on a mission to shift outdated perceptions of the construction industry and normalise construction as a top career choice for girls.

Women who call a spade a spade are our favourite kind of women.
In all seriousness though, we’re thrilled to be back on deck and ready to make an even bigger impact in 2024.
We believe the world should be built in more equal measure by more of the different kinds of people who live in it.
A diverse construction industry is a more sustainable construction industry.

And that’s a wrap on another NexGen Quarterly Community Event! 🎯
Thanks to all who joined us at Stone & Chalk last night to hear more about our vision for building the next generation of construction. How we’re aiming to shape an industry where creativity and productivity thrive, and the world is built in more equal measure by all of the people who live in it.
We know it’s a big, ambitious vision so we curated a panel of brilliant humans to share some inspiration about changemaking. They each brought a unique perspective on making the unimaginable not only imaginable but very tangible in the here and now.
