May left Korea for Sydney ten years ago, bringing with her a young family and an appetite for adventure.

Food was the bridge to connect their history to their new life in Australia. May re-imagined her mother’s cooking to give her son a taste of home while introducing him to a new world of Australian flavours.

The food at Wilde and Co is a warm nod to classic Korean staples and a celebration of contemporary Aussie café standards. It was built out of May’s story and has become a place for friends of all background to come together and share theirs.
