Two unique flavours that you wouldn’t easily find in your typical gelato store and that we couldn’t not be happier for you to try.
Durian is made with the pulp of D24 and Musang King Durians. Rich in taste and in smell (of course) and we will only sell it in 500ml tubs.
Osmanthus is a classic tea infusion, with the addition on caramelized osmanthus flowers, to give added texture and a hint of bitterness to balance it all off.
Available in Newtown only, hope you will be happy with these as we are!
Fresh Apricot sorbet, made with at least 60% fresh apricots. 100% made in house. 🍑🍑🍑
Apricot season is very short, so better be quick! Best paired with Fiordilatte. 🥛🍦🙃

Smoked Macadamia sorbet. 💥💥💥
Why sorbet and not gelato you say? Cause we make it with roasted Macadamias and water, without the use any milk to keep intact the flavour or the best Australian Macadamias. We only add a bit of smoked salt to elevate everything to a whole new level.
And don’t be mistaken, it’s still creamy as!
Not part of the 7 staple flavours but it shiuld probably be.

When Topher from told us that he had plenty of fermented cherries coming out of their barrels, we knew we had to make a sorbet out of it.
They are from their annual cherry beer St Thomas. H late Dec ‘21 and spent 7 months macerating/fermenting with beer. Morello sour cherries from Nashdale grown by Thornbrook Orchard .
