To those who have lost their mothers, or who carry the pain of a child lost too soon, we hold space for your memories and honour the love that remains eternal.

To those navigating complex relationships with their mothers or children, we understand the layers of emotions this season may bring.

During this lead-up to Mother's Day, we extend our love, support and compassion to all who find this time challenging.

Today has prompted us to contemplate the poignant symbols of Anzac Day: Poppies and Rosemary. These emblems carry profound and deep meanings.

Poppies flourish in the fields of Flanders, where countless Anzacs made the ultimate sacrifice...... and Rosemary, an ancient symbol of fidelity and remembrance, also grows wild on the Gallipoli peninsula in Turkey, the site where the original Anzacs fought and fell during World War I.

This is why we as Australians traditionally wear sprigs of rosemary on Anzac Day or Remembrance Day, as a beautiful gesture to honour the fallen.
