We were recently gifted some beautiful rosellas from the Blue Mountains (thanks ). has worked his magic and has made a rosella jam to go with these sourdough crumpets. On special this weekend, with house made whipped ricotta, rhubarb and ginger crumb. Only a few portions so get ‘em while you can.

We’re looking for an experienced floor person (coffee experience a big plus!) to join our team.
