A heavy storm came over and nearly everyone went home.
I stayed on hoping it would clear up.
When the sun came back out, that's when the magic happened ✨️. A new spin.

Pure Vibes 💯
"Timing is Everything"
Last Friday I set off to Hayman Island in The Whitsundays to play a wedding.
I stayed a few extra days between Hayman and Hamilton Island for some down time.
The best decision that I made was not to get into editing videos on my phone and leave to posting until later.
Time is valuable and I can well and truly say that whilst I recorded so much on video, I made the best of the time of being there.
I look forward to sharing with you soon ☀️🙌🏾🏝🐠 💛
The most common thing I hear is "I like your energy".
Living in the moment of times like seen in this candid photo is something so meaningful within my core.
It's not always the case... As is life, but to step out of a comfort zone and into surrounding of kindness and high vibration, that's the ultimate destination.
I feel it here regularly with my family ☀️🌊
📸 Biiiiiiiig shout out to for this treasured capture 🙏🏽 Thank you

✔️Train through Winter. 💪🏾Done. 🚲 🧘🏽♂️ 🏊🏿♂️🩳☀️
As life is short and time is limited, I set a goal before this Winter to make use of the beach that I was born and raised... The beach that admitedly I took for granted over the years.
I don't wake up every day feeling crash hot or with perfect sun (of course), but I defeat those voices of doubt to just get to it regardless.
The reward that future self attains is always too great for words after finishing these kind of sessions and right now mine is at a point of thanks for percevering.
The bike ride, yoga, body work and swim have been the most brilliant combination to keep it interesting and enjoyable.
I hope that sharing my stories have given at least a little bit of encouragement for others to get moving. That's why I share what I do. It's also a record of memories.
Without a doubt, the benefits of a clear mind and body lift the spirits and that's all positive.
For now, while I'm still here, I'm continuing at Bondi and hope that you'll journey with me in the meantime. Hello Spring 👋🏽🌱
Thank you to my bros for your regular words of encouragement , 👊🏽💥 I appreciate it.
Ladies 🙏🏽💜 Thank you.
All Wrapped Up ⚽️
So many of us have felt this new love for the game that brought THE INTERNATIONAL carnival feel to our feet over the past month...And personally speaking, the highs were there for me all the way through...
Largely with thanks to the power of connecting music and people that were present 🎁 🎶 🎧
The FIFA Women's World Cup was without a doubt the most exciting of the football series that the world has witnessed.
You could feel it in the air 💫💯
Sell out crowds from the get-go and Women's football bringing the excitement to fans at unprecidented and record levels 🥳 Well done to all of the players, especially victors España who took the trophy 💃🏽🏆
As clich'e as notes of gratitude go, I feel a great deal of it!!! It was a pure buzz to be part of the action with thanks to who chose to take me along for the ride.
It's a little sad to see it come to an end amidst the memories that have been created, friendships that have been formed and so much more...🫂💫⚽️🎶
But it is time.
A separate post (my dedicated note of thanks) is on the way shortly too, but for now... This is my outro... Closing.
THANK YOU ✌🏽✨️🙏🏽❤️⚽️
Chances are that you have probably seen this photo of my dad riding me to school previously, but today it holds a new and even greater significance to me as follows:
This morning I collided with a car on the road while riding to Bondi and came crashing down
I landed on the pavement.
The car had suddenly turned into me and I know that I could have lost my life today.
However, I came out with the lightest and smallest graze that I've ever had. Unscathed! I was shocked that I had no injuries.
Afterwards, during a phone conversation with my friend, I said that I feel I had angels protecting me.
As a kid, I witnessed my dad all bloodied and stiched up after one of the worst ever bicycle accidents. I remember seeing him with busted lips and a swollen face after he'd come off the bike (pictured). It left his bike totally mashed up and he was completely unconscious and concussed- Waking up in hospital.
After my accident today, I asked the driver if she was ok because she was shaken and worried about me. I re-assured her that I was fine and wanted to make sure she was good.
Myself, I've had two serious car accidents where I had been hit. Both landed me in hospital and I was operated on both times.
Today was a reminder of how fragile life is.
This afternoon, I checked the time on my phone and saw 4 minutes past 4.
Further consciousness had me seeing that it was also 4th day of the 4th month.
Investigating further I went to look into the perceived meaning of the 4's and I was reminded that it's all about the "angels" being with us.
Whether you believe in it or not, there are still some lessons that we can take from this life.
Coming close to what could have been my final breath today and the seriousness of it all, I've personally thought about my interaction with the driver following and although she turned without indicating (her fault), it would not have helped the situation if I had been angry or aggressive toward her. I had zero anger within me for her human error.
Message: Be kind to people, especially if they show you they care.
A strong acknowledgement to my angels and protectors 💕 Thank you 🙏🏽✨️
I heard something yesterday which said "I fit no popular narratives of me, I am multidimensional". It resonated.
Yoga is symbolic of that vs what people know of me as a DJ.
I am far from perfect with my yoga "and stuff", however fitness at the spot where I grew up keeps me connected and my spirit alive.
It's the balance to late nights and business environments. It's the movement with and against gravity and helps me to face challenges that I come across.
Truth be told- I have no immediate family in this city that I was born and raised in. I have dealt with difficult obstacles on my own, but have had no choice but to give things my absolute all. Even when it's seemed like there was nothing left.
I value what I have and those of whom I have let into my world🙏🏽✨️
On socials, I post about 5% of what I actually do, but I'm out there in real life... Doing. When I share, I do so in the hope that it might positively motivate or impact others. Especially those struggling on their own.
I have never changed the essence of who I am, what I love and what my purpose is. Nor do I feel the need to convince anyone of anything. I've nothing to prove.
After work stopped for me in 2020, I made a concious decision and that was to throw ego out. Hence you don't see me with duckface selfies 😄
There was plenty more that I became aware of about the workd we live in during that time too.
What I share here are snapshots and highlights of those elements that are constants in my life along with exciting butterfly moments - Positive connections ✨️
Thanks for all of your support and love. I am more than grateful for it.
Melbourne Cup at The Races.
Seeing the DJ's spin is something I remember admiring as a kid.
In all honesty, I remember thinking "What a cool job!", now here I am.
A big kid now with a few suits, a new shirt😉 () and a total understanding from where I have come from.
☆4 JULY☆
Today would have been a BIG milestone birthday for my dad.
As he would prefer, I'm keeping the number quiet. A Peter Pan kind of principle. "Don't focus on age, it keeps you young".
For those who knew my dad Keith, it would be agreed that he was immaculate about keeping his health at top level and consciencious about what he put into his body. "Brain power" (his words) was important.
My dad was well ahead of his time before the internet was even a thing. Consistent.
My dad was THE GREATEST man I've ever known, and whilst so sweet and affectionate to me, he was also STOIC.
He didnt bow or sway to opinions or pressure from others in any which way. He wasn't fooled by headlines, fixtures, propoganda, etc.
Perhaps the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
He remained true to himself always and left the most brilliant legacy for many who knew him to follow.
On the other hand, my dad was also a prankster and full of jokes. We laughed so much 🤣
On this day (4 July, x years ago), Keith was born.
Born in Barbados, my dad's trade as as an autoelectrician and merchant navy electrical technician saw him move to call Australia home from 1971. Circa The white Australia policy.
He was only the 3rd Caribbean man from that part of the world living in Sydney.
He loved Indigenous peoples of this land and often delved into discussing politics of all sorts over the phone with friends at 5 or 6am in the morning.
My dad was a fatherly figure in the life of those he bonded with. Offering substantial advice that was completely outside of the box was his way.
"Keep The Faith"- His way of saying goodbye to you, contained a gift.. And he meant it.
Superficiality and physical vanity was something that my dad distanced himself from as years passed by, so this photo is something that I've personally found difficult in deciding to post.
However it is symbolic. It is him.
Something that I now feel the timing is right to post. It is a representation of stength and fullness in recognition and with the deepest love on his BIRTHDAY.
This is for my dad Keith.
Until we meet again, this life will be remembered fondly.. Always. Happy Birthday Dad ❤️
