Secret to speeding up your sluggish metabolism From genetics to muscle mass, there are many factors behind each individual’s metabolic rate. But what exactly is it and what’s the best way to give yours a boost?
When I started my protein bar business from the very beginning I was going to help others, this really means a lot to me.
Just like being an author and TV presenter I get to help so many more people than I could do in a clinic setting.
Here is a little snap from my trip out to the Salvation Army where I am donating my protein bars to the women and families in their refuge.

What the perfect ending to the most incredible holiday ever. We shopped, swam, sand boarded, rode camels, ate, danced, got henna tattoos, watched belly and fire dancers, sand dune drive, entertainment and so much more.
