Longhorn BBQ commenced some years ago with a passion of woods smoke flavoured profiles by hosting dinners in various cafes and restaurants followed by providing BBQ in an arena environment for competing Cowboys from around the world. Angus Reserve Beef, Pork and Chicken is sourced from only the best Australian suppliers. Texas & Memphis style BBQ rubs used in preparing the meat prior to the long cooking process are hand created and combined with the meat prior to wood smoking. The process is traditional USA style BBQ with NO artificial flavours or preservatives and served Gluten Free. GF. Enjoy the the Longhorn BBQ experience !
