We would like to inform our valued customers of the current shortage of Ubereats delivery drivers/riders due to current LGA lockdowns. We are seeing orders prepared and waiting for Ubereats delivery partners up to 25mins. Drivers are also collecting multiple orders from different eateries meaning your food is arriving not as planned.

Alas! There is a solution.

You can ORDER DIRECTLY with us! And we'll deliver it for free and on time. Furthermore you'll be helping your local save up to 33% of your order total which goes to the delivery aggregators.

Orders placed on Ubereats are prepared as soon as we receive them. But they are frequently left to sit for up to 25mins waiting for a delivery partner to collect them. On your app this is showing you, the customer, "preparing your food" and NOT "we don't have any drivers and your food is going cold" .

At Baywok along with our sister restaurant Fratelli & Co Italian, we have our own in-house delivery drivers. Order direct with us and we will deliver your order free of charge as it comes off the wokpan!
