About the Spirit:
Aperol is a Aperitivo liquid distinctive in colour and taste, with a uniqueness defined by its bright, vibrant and lively orange hue and perfectly bittersweet taste, a result of its original recipe which has remained a secret since its creation. Created in 1919 by the Barbieri brothers, Luigi and Silvio, in the liqueur company of their father, Aperol is an aperitivo made from seven years of experimentation.
CAFE NOIR | This is one fancy cocktail! Aged rum is stirred down with coffee and sweet sherry. Layered on top is a tonka and vanilla bean mousse, super chilled with liquid nitrogen to create a frozen cap. Crack through the top and enjoy the goods.
