Introducing our Indonesia Kerinci by Koerintji Barokah Bersama Cooperative.

This Sumatran coffee is produced by the award-winning Koerintji Barokah Bersama Cooperative, which includes 320 members who live and farm at the foot of Mount Kerinci, the highest volcano in Indonesia. Managed by Triyona, the cooperative trains its members to ensure consistency and high quality in coffee production. Processed using an anaerobic natural method, the best cherries are placed in 20kg airtight bags and stored in a cool, dry location for 7 days, with fermentation maintained between 18 to 22 degrees. The cherries are then laid out on raised beds to dry for 20 to 23 days. This well-structured coffee is filled with tropical fruit sweetness and a lingering crisp acidity.

Introducing our Single Origin Limited Release Costa Rica Geisha Natural
Volcán Azul.

This Geisha coffee is grown at the Volcán Azul farm in Costa Rica managed by Alejo Khale Castro, who continues the family legacy of producing world-class coffee. The farm’s volcanic soil and high elevation provide the ideal environment for coffee cultivation.

The coffee cherries are carefully picked at peak ripeness and are measured by brix content for an enhanced flavour profile. Using a natural process the cherries are cleaned and dried on raised beds for 12 to 16 days with the pulp intact. The resulting profile of this filter roast is complex and captivating with sweet and crisp acidity, contrasting floral notes and tea-like finish.

Flavour Notes: Lavender, Blood Orange, Apple, White Tea

Introducing our November Single Origins!

Elevation, temperature, soil quality, and humidity are all qualities starting at the coffee farm that contribute to the flavours in your cup. In this month’s Paradox Single Origin Collective, we appreciate the different profiles that each coffee delivers based on the microclimate of where the coffee is grown.

The Costa Rican Volcan Azul Geisha Natural is grown in volcanic soil that is high in nutrients and at a high elevation in mountainous air. This beautiful natural coffee is crisp and sweet with fruity and subtle floral flavors. Also grown in volcanic soil is the Indonesia Kerinci Anerobic Natural, with an intense tropical and berry fruit profile, while the Rwanda Mushonyi, grown just 1 km from Lake Kivu, produces a coffee that is bright with fruit flavours.

Bright and refreshing, delivering the ultimate cold coffee experience. Coffee cherries have undergone a dry anerobic fermentation of 72 hours with pulp on. During this stage, real peaches were added before the coffee cherries were pulped and dried on raised beds.

With a burst of peach fruit notes and balanced sweetness, cold coffee drinkers will delight in the smooth and crisp profile of this delicious blend. Especially crafted for cold brew and best enjoyed chilled or over ice.
