I’ve just finished training on the rocks here. It was a pretty intense workout - so I can’t wait for you all to try it.

Anyone else love an omelette for dinner?😋
Here’s how I made this one:
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
or coconut oil
• 1 red bell pepper diced (or 1 cup chopped vegetables of choice)
• 1 cup egg whites or the whites of 8 large eggs
• 2 green onions finely chopped
• ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
• ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 ½ cups roughly chopped or torn fresh spinach
• 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
• Hot sauce optional
• Sliced fresh avocado optional for serving
- whisk the egg whites, sauté the vegetables with the butter. Then place mixture in to the frying pan and wait until there is minimal liquid on top of the omelette then carefully turn it over.
- This is 3 servings - so I’ve got some healthy food In the fridge for the weekend :-)

Not everybody is built to handle the rough times. But through our struggles is where we can get our most necessary growth. Life is full of setbacks. But they can’t permanently stop you- you have the power to overcome anything that’s thrown at you. There is nothing more powerful than a mind made up. Because honestly, people don’t want to put in what it takes, they just want reasons to complain and excuses to avoid. No circumstance, person or situation should define who you are- or should get in the way of your goals. Decide what you want and just decide in yourself that there is no easy road to anything worth having 🙌🏽 Never stop believing in yourself 2020

🍃My favourite one at the moment is cucumber, ginger, lemon & mint as it also has a lot of health benefits other than just the hydration- It boosts your immune system, helps with weight loss, hydrated the lymph system, balances ph levels, helps clean the liver, gets rid of puffiness & boating 🍃
