* Preliminary Clearance Rate: Sydney's preliminary clearance rate was 72.0%, a minor increase from the previous week's 70.7%, which was later revised down to 63.9%.⁠

* Annual Comparison: Despite the seasonal slowdown, the number of auctions is still higher than at the same time last year.⁠
