Our take on a Southern Indian recipe || Goan prawn curry with tamarind and coconut.

This is a saucy little curry, with a lip-smacking base blending tomato, tamarind and coconut, a little green chilli (add more to fire up) and uncooked prawns that gently cook through as the curry heats.

Dish up over coconut rice, with some warm flatbread to scoop up any last remnants of sauce.
