We provided catering for the aviation graduates at , and it was nothing short of spectacular. From delicious entrees to decadent desserts, the event featured fantastic food and wine, and everyone had a wonderful time celebrating the graduates' remarkable accomplishments.

The event was hosted at the UNSW John Niland Scientia Building, where the Catering Project delivered a three-course meal for over 200 guests.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting the guests at for their Global Design Trends 2024 event, featuring the talented Liz Teh, Director of Space Design International at .

Guests enjoyed a selection of our signature drinks and exquisitely plated canapés, including Ora King Salmon Belly, Watermelon Tuna on Sourdough Crumpet, and many more. Overall, it was a lovely night with delicious food and good vibe 🤝☺️

Students at enjoyed a delightful lunch last Thursday, with the Poke Bowl Bar being a standout item on the menu. We had the pleasure of catering three meals a day at Goldstein, serving approximately 450 students each day 🤗

The event took place at Docklands, with Catering Project setting up a pop-up kitchen where our Head Chef prepared canapés, a dessert station, a food cart, and overflowing drinks.
