My first asana video! I used to be really wobbly on headstands but it's getting easier to hold a quiet balance with practice. Next would be trying - no, doing - a pike up with both legs straight Let's see how I go in a month's time! #yogaeveryday #headstand #sirsasana #salambasirsasana #inneromyoga
